We hope you had a safe and healthy winter as we did and are excited for the changes that the spring season brings. The flowers around the farm buildings are blooming and our pastures are greening up. Cattle will be out on fresh grass any day now with this perfect weather we've been having.
This winter has provided us a lot of time to think and plan for the upcoming grazing season and we couldn't be more excited. So much has happened and changed for our business over the last year. Our farm store has found a permanent home in our old corn crib and is no longer in the middle of the driveway! Farmer Ainsley turned one in February and started to walk this past week. Older brothers Liam and Odin are a big help on the farm as well. We're also looking forward to farmers' market season starting on Saturday, April 17.
For both the farmers' market and farm stand (Wednesdays, 4-6pm starting April 14, 2021), we encourage you to order online so we can set aside your favorite cuts like the sirloin tip roast above. Of course, walk-ups are always welcome at the farm stand just like the farmers' market.
We're also working on more ways to share our farm with you by doing farm tours. Our next farm tour is this Saturday at noon. We also try to share lots of pictures via our Instagram and Facebook pages - this is the time of year to see all the cute calves! Lastly, we're also excited to launch our YouTube channel so subscribe here for even more videos of life on the farm. We're new to this platform but hope to get more and more videos up soon.
As always, we appreciate your support of our family farm. We are so blessed to have such a supportive community.
